There are different roles and permissions that are tailored to suit the needs of your Organization and they can be found below.
- Administrators - Full portal access to manage frequencies, users, groups, goKits and permissions.
- Users - Basic account. Permissions set by admins. Logging into the portal will only show Knowledge Base.
- Mission Control User - This gives a user access to Backhaul Maps when using the goTenna Pro App
How to Add a User
Under the “Users” page admins can select the button “Add User” to create a new user. This will ask to you populate the following fields:
Please Note: The option to quickly add the user to any existing groups and/or allow the user to be a “Mission Control User.” exists here as well.
Bulk Import Users
Admins may make several users at the same time by downloading and filling out the template under “bulk upload” and then uploading it when it’s complete.
