Troubleshooting
Problem 1: My location is not updating correctly
Solution:
- The location is derived from the End User Device GPS signal, there are times with which this is inaccurate
2. Users can attempt to reset their GPS
- Toggle their location service off and then back on
- Kill the application and relaunch
- Turn off their End user device and turn back on
Problem 2: I downloaded maps and they are no longer displaying in the app
Solution:
- We have had reports of this but have not been able to pin down the root cause
- Advise users to redownload the maps during their current session
